Beginner/Intermediate Level
A sexier and spicier version of my Reggaeton Class! This is your sign to get in that heels class you've been wanting to try! ;) I will start with a full stretch, warm ups for ankle strength, and heels exercises to get you comfortable in your heels. Then we will do a short intermediate level heels combo. Bring knee pads (just incase) and any outfit you feel good and comfortable in :) Can't wait to dance with you!! <3
