On this special night I will be teaching a Sexy Dance Choreo, + leading a relaxing yoga-inspired stretch session, AND a manifestation journaling session ☆ I just want to have a beautiful night full of love & community and share some good energy together ☺

- a yoga mat to stretch
- a notebook and a pen for journaling
- a pink, red, or purple outfit to get in the V-Day spirit ❤
- knee pads (just in case of floor work in the choreo)
or sweat pants to cover your knees
